Tropic Holidays offers a wide range of motor vehicles for hire in Kenya. Our fleets are modern and well maintained motor vehicles in the market.
They range from Hammer, Jeep, Land cruiser and Omnibuses which are all available at affordable rates. The fleets are comprehensively insured and we assign guides depending on the clients preferred languages.

We also offer airport transfer services from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Wilson Airport in Nairobi.

DRIVER'S LICENCE
The hirer and/or authorised driver must have held a full and valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years up to and including the time of hire . A driving licence from the country of residence or an International Driver's Permit is generally acceptable, provided it is valid.

DRIVER
The hirer and/or authorised driver must be over 18 years of age and under 70 years of age. The hirer and/or authorised driver must also be in possession of proper means of identification other than a driver's licence. Full payment of the period of hire and for the estimated distance is to be made when taking over the car in addition a deposit of US$ 250 for Saloon/Sedans and US$ 625 for 4WD vehichles required from every hirer.

INSURANCE
All our vehicles are comprehensively insured. The hirer is responsible for repairs arising from damage to the vehicle to a tune of US$. 125/- or 10%, whichever is greater. In the event the cost of repairs is less than US$ 125-, the hirer will meet the entire cost.

CAR HIRE AGREEMENT
Self drive cars are hired subject to the company's standard form of agreement notwithstanding the above conditions the company reserves the right to refuse a hirer at anytime without assigning any reason.

SECURITY
The vehicles must be locked when unattended. The hirer is responsible for the security of the vehicle.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments can also be made by charge cards i.e. Visa and Mastercard and the total cost of the rental will be charge on completion excluding fuel.
